This Stainless Steel Positive Refrigerated Cabinet is ideal for catering professionals. Indeed, it has a volume of 600 L and a net capacity of 513 L. Made of stainless steel, it is particularly easy to clean. Furthermore, its temperature range is between 2 °C and 5 °C and its maximum ambient temperature is 30 °C. With dimensions W 780 x D 695 x H 1890 mm, it includes 6 cm insulation allowing energy savings.

Moreover, it is equipped with fixed rear wheels to facilitate its movement and positioning. It includes 3 sturdy adjustable shelves and a half shelf. Its door is also lockable and reversible. In addition, this refrigerated cabinet is equipped with the manual defrost function.

Finally, it is equipped with a LED digital temperature display and an electronic control to maintain the desired temperature. It is therefore perfect as the main refrigerator for small to medium kitchens or as a backup refrigerator for the busiest establishments.
